This Money-Back Policy is part of our Terms of Service and supplements our Refund Policy. It describes the conditions under which you may be eligible for a money-back refund.

Eligibility

If you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you at checkout, you may be eligible to receive a refund if you meet all of the following conditions:

Review Process

We will review your request and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Refunds, when approved, are not processed in real-time — please allow at least 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

This Money-Back Policy applies only to purchases made directly on our website where the money-back option was presented at checkout. It does not apply to purchases made through third-party platforms.

Exceptions

This policy does not override or limit any refund rights you may have under applicable law, including the right of withdrawal for residents of EEA member states, the United Kingdom, or Brazil as described in our Refund Policy.
